Tracy is a dedicated, engaging and   energetic coach and facilitator, who delivered onsite training and coaching   sessions for a Women in Leadership course that I attended. Her extensive   knowledge on the subject matter was evident, and her materials and references   were recent and applicable. Of particular note was her adaptability and   flexibility to cater to the specific needs of her audience, both as a   facilitator and coach, making the experience targeted and relevant for all in   attendance. I would highly recommend Tracy

Discover Your Brilliance program was a personal   and professional journey. At first I was reluctant to undertake this pathway   however it is a company program for all senior managers and provides an   opportunity for professional and personal development. So, what did I think   after 12 months? Tracy is a professional with brilliance and insight, humour   and compassion and above all honesty. My journey was empowering and   validating. We all have strengths and weaknesses, but to look into the blind   spots takes energy, commitment and self-examination which Tracy encouraged,   guided and supported. I both   endorse and fully recommend Tracy’s coaching.

I was lucky enough to participate within   Westpac's flagship 'Making My Mark' program which was facilitated by Tracy   Tresidder, and where Tracy was assigned as my development coach. It was a   fantastic program designed to help women to start thinking about that next   step in their career/professional development. Tracy was by far the best   facilitator and professional coach that I've ever had the pleasure of working   with. Tracy is a hugely talented and inspirational professional coach and I   would really like to thank her for her insights, creative thinking and   support she has provided in my personal and professional development.
