What is Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching is a powerful means of providing your mid to senior level management with personalised one-on-one development to assist in delivery on key business objectives whilst developing their leadership capability. It is designed to help facilitate professional and personal development to the point of individual growth, improved performance and contentment.


Who is Executive Coaching For?

   

Tailored specifically to the individual coaching client, my Executive Coaching Program operates as a partnership between the coaching client and the coach. The client’s organisational sponsor (usually their manager and/or HR business partner) provides input and direction for the coaching program supplemented by the coaching client’s desired coaching outcomes. The coach stimulates the client’s self-discovery by posing powerful questions and/or assigning homework that may take the form of “thought experiments” with written product or “field experiments” which are actions to try in the real world that may result in experiential learning and development of new approaches to situations.

These are agreed at the outset, and revisited throughout the program to track and measure progress. Executive Coaching is a rapid and powerful means of progressing an individual in their current role or in preparation for a new role.

By enabling clients to view their situations from multiple perspectives, I empower them to make intentional choices, to connect with others differently and to achieve their desired outcomes. I am passionate about supporting and assisting talented individuals to become highly effective in order to maximise their potential and performance, both for the individual and the organisation.
