Many individuals have, like uncut diamonds, shining qualities beneath a rough exterior. – Juvenal
Each one of us is like a diamond with the potential to be brilliant. Discover your brilliance and reach your full potential in whatever area of life you desire. You, like a diamond will reveal your brilliance when you are crafted and honed. Before a diamond is cut it is just a pretty stone. Certainly there is value in it, like there is in each of us, but until it has been masterfully chiselled it is still just a rock.
When someone asks you who you are, the usual answer is often a description of your professional role, family role, gender or culture. When was the last time you actually defined yourself by your unique talents, gifts, qualities and strengths? To discover your brilliance and allow all your facets to sparkle you must release the genius within you. It is finding that inner light that will shine through the multi-faceted layers so all the world can see. It is discovering and utilising your unique talents, skills, qualities and strengths to reach your full potential and have a positive impact at your job, within your organisation, with your family and friends and ultimately in everything that you do.
The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
