Executive Coaching

What is Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching is a powerful means of providing your mid to senior level management with personalised one-on-one development to assist in delivery on key business objectives whilst developing their leadership capability. It is designed to help facilitate professional and personal development to the point of individual growth, improved performance and contentment.

Who is Executive Coaching For?

Tailored specifically to the individual coaching client, my Executive Coaching Program operates as a partnership between the coaching client and the coach. The client’s organisational sponsor (usually their manager and/or HR business partner) provides input and direction for the coaching program supplemented by the coaching client’s desired coaching outcomes. The coach stimulates the client’s self-discovery by posing powerful questions and/or assigning homework that may take the form of “thought experiments” with written product or “field experiments” which are actions to try in the real world that may result in experiential learning and development of new approaches to situations.

What are the Key Areas of Focus?

These are agreed at the outset, and revisited throughout the program to track and measure progress. Executive Coaching is a rapid and powerful means of progressing an individual in their current role or in preparation for a new role.

What can I do for you?

I am able to help leaders improve their strategic focus and energy, relationships, influence, and ultimately, performance. By enabling clients to view their situations from multiple perspectives, I empower them to make intentional choices, to connect with others differently and to achieve their desired outcomes. I am passionate about supporting and assisting talented individuals to become highly effective in order to maximise their potential and performance, both for the individual and the organisation.

I was lucky enough to have Tracy coach me last year through the Making My Mark Women’s Leadership program. We met consistently over a period of 4 months, at the end of which I felt almost entirely a new person. Tracy is a fantastic coach, and has a unique ability to engage with you and to help you self-reflect on your behaviours and motivations. The experience really imparted on me the importance of professional coaching and development. As a direct result of Tracy’s coaching I’m in a new industry and role, and feel more self-assured and confident in my ability to tackle the next challenge. I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough.

I have thoroughly valued the opportunity to   work with Tracy as an Executive Coach. I found the experience delivered   powerful personal insights that has fundamentally altered the way I  understand myself and the world around me. Coaching has increased my self-awareness,   emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Further, it assisted me in   identifying my strengths, clarifying my values and provided useful insights   into my future career pathway. I would highly recommend Tracy to any individual and organisation looking to grow or become more effective. I look forward to working with her again in future.

Undertaking a coaching relationship with Tracy was a fantastic step for me in identifying what I want for my future, both personally and professionally. Tracy has a lovely way of supporting you in moving through the steps required to meet your desired goals. I have learnt a lot about myself through my time with Tracy, which has enabled me to create a plan for my future which aligns with who I am and what I want. Discover Your Brilliance program was a personal and professional journey. Tracy is a professional with brilliance and insight , humour and compassion and above all honesty. My journey was empowering and validating. We all have strengths and weaknesses, but to tackle those takes energy ,commitment and self examination which Tracy encouraged, guided and supported.

Coaching with Tracy helped me identify my unrealised strengths and how I can implement all my strengths into my professional relationships and career goals. For me understanding my type, building on my self-awareness and decision-making techniques have been most important aspects from the program. The coaching program has not only helped me identify my core values and build on my self-awareness but has also identified a career which will meet my core values and use my strengths to achieve my career and life aspirations.

Tracy's coaching expertise and her passion for helping people realise their potential has been transformational for me. There were three key areas which were brought to the fore during a recent course that was conducted by Tracy. One was around the need to deeper connect with people, not only socially but also professionally and strategically. This was an unrealised strength for me and one that was not high on my list of importance. I now realise that this element brings a whole new dimension as a person and is critical to everyone in my life for me to bring my best self to the table. Another element was understanding my personality type which made me acutely aware of how I am perceived by others. Certainly some easy changes because of this awareness provides the ability to reinvent my image. The third stand out is to stop thinking Made Up Stories. How often have I convinced myself of how interactions will play out only to find I couldn't have been further from the truth. Going in to every interaction without biases lends itself to a richer, more engaging experience and without the stress of overthinking perceived outcomes. Love your work Tracy!
