Tracy's ICF mentor coach program was instrumental in my journey to achieving the PCC credential. Her expertise was invaluable in navigating the complex process of submitting training evidence spanning 15 years and multiple ICF competency frameworks. Throughout her mentoring program, Tracy provided practical, personalized guidance and fostered an incredibly supportive environment. Her professional feedback on recordings and quick responses to my questions were crucial to my progress.
Tracy’s deep understanding of ICF requirements is clearly reflected in her mentoring style, and her comprehensive materials were of great help, even during the final stages of exam preparation. For any coach looking for a skilled and dedicated ICF mentor, I highly recommend Tracy's program. It offers the essential tools and support needed to successfully obtain an ICF credential.

Tracy is a consummate professional with a wealth of coaching knowledge, experience and insight, as well as a deep understanding of the ICF credentialing benchmarks and requirements. As my PCC mentor, her feedback and guidance during the rigorous application process allowed me to deepen my practice in many ways, particularly in terms of surfacing underlying assumptions and asking powerful questions to increase perspective-taking capacity, both of which mean I am better able to partner with my clients in facilitating meaningful and sustainable change.
I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough and feel very fortunate to have had her as my mentor!

Tracy is a wonderful mentor and I would highly recommend this course – not just for the purpose of getting the ICF credential but for anyone wanting to challenge themselves as a coach and extend their coaching practices. Tracy provides a supportive and encouraging environment in which to practise and develop and combines a wealth of theoretical knowledge, tools and practical advice as part of the course. I found her feedback in the 1:1 sessions encouraging but also particularly valuable in terms of helping me explore new approaches and refine and test my coaching skills. Tracy is highly professional and insightful and also warm and approachable. Her program is very well structured and organised - I really enjoyed it and found it hugely beneficial for my coaching.

Tracy more than met my expectations as a mentor coach for my ICF Credentialing process. The group sessions were an enjoyable and highly effective environment to learn about and start to apply the ICF Core Competencies coaching framework and the individual sessions were in particular incredibly valuable for my professional development. Tracy was matter of fact, supportive and specific about how I could develop my coaching, helping me to embed new habits and suggesting further avenues for development. I've grown in confidence as a coach and know I can trust my ability to ask great questions, one at a time, allowing the client time to reflect without feeling discomfort. I would highly recommend Tracy as a mentor!

Tracy was an outstanding mentor coach for my ICF ACC accreditation. She challenged me to address the developmental needs of my clients and gave me the confidence to put theories I'd learnt during my Masters of Science (Coaching Psychology) into practice. Mentoring was a safe space to discuss challenges about my coaching that I had noticed during self-reflection and experiment with ways to address those challenges. Tracy was generous in sharing her vast experience with me. She's a valuable resource if you want to take your coaching to the next level.

Tracy has vast knowledge of the ICF Core Competencies coaching framework in addition to her respected experience as a coach. When commencing the Credentialing process with Tracy she created a safe space in which I could learn about the gaps in my coaching using this framework. Tracy was prepared to work with me on my timeline and with my specific developmental needs, clearly communicating the areas needing addressing and the impact of developing specific coaching techniques, for myself and my client. Tracy is both challenging and supportive and has an extensive understanding of the technical skills and markers required. I would highly recommend Tracy for mentoring coaching.

Tracy’s mentoring was informed, sensitive, practical and effective. In short excellent in all regards. She focused me on my identified development needs and balanced gentle prompts and tougher reflection for my own deep learning with education and techniques to build my skills. Some of the most valuable things I learned through Tracy's mentoring were to pace myself and watch my "advice monster". More importantly I learned how to focus the coachee on their own process and in particular reflect on their own learning. I'd be happy to recommend Tracy as a mentor for anyone in the coaching field especially if they are pursuing an ICF credential. She has a deep knowledge of the subject matter formed from wide reading, a constant hunger for new knowledge and ideas, and the wisdom that is gained from many years of practice. She has a warm, empathetic, light style borne from a genuine care for the people she works with. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracy to you and I'm sure you will flourish professionally and personally as a result of working with her. I have!

Tracy was my mentor-coach during my ICF certification process. I benefitted from her expertise and wisdom and enjoyed the group and individual sessions which Tracy lead. Tracy provided detailed and helpful feedback and shone a clear light on the required markers. It was a challenging process yet very worthwhile and reflective in providing me with insights and perspectives which highlighted where I tend to focus when coaching. I have certainly grown from the experience.

Tracy's mentoring was incredibly valuable for me when I was very focused on achievement and, no surprise, focused on supporting my coachees to get to their desired goals as fast as possible. Tracy's developmental approach is awareness-focused, without compromising achievement. She helped me see that it is not just coachee's head, but also their heart and their gut that we need to listen to. Tracy is excellent at giving feedback and providing examples. She will discuss your choices of words and pauses to enable you to become a much better coach and also to receive your ICF accreditation.

Tracy understands the ICF, all aspects of the PCC accreditation process, especially so for the USyd coaches and was supportive of our coaching role plays. Tracy provides all the necessary and helpful links/admin/on-line completion documents/transcribing process details, shares constructive knowledge of the markers and how they are demonstrated, and the CKA process…I could go on!! I recommend Tracy if you’d like a supportive and challenging MCC coach mentor to help you with your PCC accreditation.

I found Tracy to be warm, approachable, professional and very experienced at what she does. My coaching has definitely improved and been finessed with her feedback and guidance over the last 3 months. I felt I was in safe hands with Tracy as she guided me every step of the way towards my PCC application and the submission process. I can highly recommend Tracy as a mentor coach.

Tracy was my coaching mentor between September 2017 and May 2018. During that time she enabled me to address my identified developmental needs as a coach, in line with the ICF ACC credential. As a result I have a greater awareness of my strengths and weaknesses in coaching and have some useful frameworks to use when faced with challenges. Tracy is an excellent coach and mentor and a perfect support for anyone looking to be credentialed by the ICF.

Tracy’s mentoring assisted me to fine tune my coaching skills and better understand the PCC requirements of ICF. By working with Tracy, I was able to correct some old habits, polish some good practices, and pick up some new skills. I would recommend Tracy to anyone wanting to take their coaching skills to the next level.
Sebastian Salicru PCC Nov 2018
I had the pleasure of having Tracy as a mentor coach between February - June 2018. Tracy is very hands on and challenging (but in a very smooth and empathetic way), which meant that our mentor relationship was very effective as a professional learning tool for me. She taught me how to move away from focusing on "the what" and towards "the why" when coaching and also helped me fine tune my more granular and technical coaching skills. I highly recommend Tracy as a mentor for anyone who wants to improve their coaching game!

Tracy has been mentoring me in parallel to my coaching masters degree. Her advice has been instrumental in helping me translate my learning into practical coaching. Her program has enabled me to understand better my development areas and to bring to life the ICF competences. Under her guidance I have started to make the shift to true developmental coaching and am now ready to apply for my first coaching certification. I would highly recommend Tracy as a mentor as her constructive and highly detailed approach has elevated my coaching to another level and given me the confidence in my coaching practice.
Claire MCaffrey HR Associate Director Accenture, MSc (Coach Psych) ACC 2018 PCC 2021
First and foremost, Tracy is incredible. I have found huge value in her delivery of theory in a ‘practical and realistic’ manner. For example, tips on words and phrases and delivery tone for coaching sessions was invaluable. Her ability to find simple language to describe potentially complex theory is hugely beneficial.
Rebecca Rynehart, Sydney Uni Coaching Masters Graduate 2018
I would like to thank Tracy for mentoring a group of us at ACAP. Firstly I would have to commend her capacity to manage a group of our size and to manage that ever so calmly. I like the way she took us through the competencies and explained them in detail, drawing on examples to illustrate them further. Finally, in our one on one session where she provided me with feedback on my recording of a coaching session, she was both supportive and challenging. That is, she provided me with feedback that highlighted my strengths as well as feedback that helped me see where growth is possible. Thank you Tracy.
Despina Safinkos ACAP ACC June 2016
Tracy has been an incredible mentor coach. She is sharp, honest, supportive and very generous with her knowledge and resources. Her deep listening and questioning allowed me to look honestly at myself and recognize the mistakes that I was making. Her support and guidance helped me to come up with solutions to some challenging client situations. I learned a great deal by working with Tracy, who was always willing to share countless tips, ideas, questions, perspective, and material with me. Working with Tracy has given me more confidence as a coach and a clearer awareness of my approach to coaching. I recommend her to anyone who wants to grow or make significant changes in their lives, both personally and professionally

Tracy has a gift for mentor coaching that I am honored to have experienced. Her teaching background makes her not only incredibly attentive, but also a treasure chest of tips, insights, and recommendations. Thanks to her gentle, but challenging approach, I grow more professional as a coach during every encounter with Tracy. If you’re looking for a mentor who’ll put you on the fast track to becoming a masterful coach, you couldn’t choose a better mentor than Tracy Tresidder. Thanks a bunch.

Tracy has been a phenomenal catalyst in helping me to understand myself better, including the ways in which I block my own progress and the strengths and resources I possess to help me move past those blocks toward my own goals and outcomes. She pushed me to be really honest and clear with myself, which is just what I wanted. She was incredibly generous with her knowledge and resources and was a lovely model of the kind of coach I aspire to be. I’d recommend her – and use her again – in a heartbeat.
